These terms apply when you use this website or buy the Shazix course. The website and course are operated by ("Shazix", "we", "us"), whose registered address is listed on our Contact page. By buying or using the course, you agree to these terms.
1. The product
Shazix sells an online educational course about creating and selling digital products, plus downloadable bonus resources. The course content, number of modules and lessons, and bonuses are as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or buy with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Price and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
- Launch offers are valid until the date and time shown on the sales page. After that, the regular price applies.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- This is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
4. Delivery and access
Access is delivered digitally to the email you enter at checkout, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the course for your own learning. You may not share your login, resell, copy, record or redistribute any course material.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the 100% money-back guarantee and its conditions. You must accept these Terms and the Refund Policy (by ticking the box at checkout) before you can pay, and we keep a record of that acceptance with your order.
6. Launch bonuses
Launch bonuses are extras on top of the course. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and are cancelled if your order is refunded or reversed.
Free Canva Pro for life — first buyers
- Available to the first buyers up to the number shown on the sales page (100), counted in the order their payments were successfully completed. The "spots left" counter on the sales page updates from real completed payments.
- Provided as an invitation to the Shazix team on Canva (canva.com), sent to the email used at checkout within 7 days of purchase. You'll use your own Canva login.
- "For life" means for as long as Shazix runs its Canva team plan. If Canva changes its products, pricing or rules so that we can no longer provide team access, we'll replace the bonus with design tools or resources of similar value, or give you at least 30 days' notice.
- Access is personal and is removed if your order is refunded, or if it's used against Canva's terms of use.
3 students win Claude Pro — 15-day progress challenge
- This is a skill-based challenge, not a lucky draw. All students who bought the course are eligible.
- To enter, share your progress in the #progress channel of our private Discord (for example your product, sales page or launch), before the challenge end date ().
- The 3 winners are chosen by the Shazix team based on the progress shown: lessons completed, quality of the work and how far they got with launching. Our decision is final.
- Winners are announced in Discord within 7 days of the end date. Each wins a Claude Pro subscription, which Shazix pays for on the winner's account. There is no cash alternative.
- Claude is a product of Anthropic. This challenge is run only by Shazix and isn't sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic or Canva.
7. Results disclaimer
The course teaches methods, frameworks and examples for creating and selling digital products. We do not promise or guarantee any particular income, number of sales or business result. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, niche, market conditions and many other factors outside our control. Example products, prices and screenshots on the website are for illustration only. Nothing in the course is financial, legal or tax advice.
8. Intellectual property
All course videos, text, templates, graphics and other materials belong to Shazix or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use the templates to build your own products, but you may not resell or give away the templates or course content themselves.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or course: no attempts to break security, scrape content, share accounts, or use the material for anything unlawful. We may suspend access without a refund if these terms are seriously breached.
10. Third-party services
The course may recommend third-party tools and platforms (for example Canva, Notion, Razorpay or Gumroad). We aren't responsible for those services, their pricing or availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
12. Changes
We may update the course content and these terms from time to time. The version in force when you buy applies to your purchase.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in .
