Shipping & Delivery Policy

The short version
Shazix sells a digital product (an online course and downloadable bonuses). Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges. Access is delivered to your email right after your payment is confirmed.
1. What you receive
After a successful payment you get access to the Shazix online course (8 modules, 60+ video lessons) and the bonus templates and resources listed on the sales page.
2. How and when it's delivered
- Instant access: as soon as your payment is confirmed, you're taken straight into your course on this website. No waiting.
- You'll be asked to set a password so you can log in again at /login from any device, using the email you entered at checkout.
- Razorpay emails you a payment receipt. Keep it, because the payment ID on it lets you set or reset your password.
3. If you can't access the course
If you can't get into your course, go to Student login → First time / forgot? and use the payment ID from your receipt. Still stuck? Email with your payment ID or order ID and we'll sort it out within one business day.
4. Delivery area and charges
Because delivery is online, the course can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are in INR and there are no shipping or delivery fees.
5. Access period
Your access is for the lifetime of the course: you can watch the lessons as many times as you like, including future updates, for as long as the course is offered. Access is personal to you and must not be shared.
